BARBER BELL is a business that was established to provide men's haircut services and started in Kuala Lumpur in 2017. It is owned by REBEL ART ENTERPRISE. We offer barber services to all groups including children, adults and the elderly. With our service we will also ensure that our valued customers are always treated with respect and consistency, professionally, providing a friendly environment and focusing on safety aspects in everything we do.
